By using our Website, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) and certify that you are above the age of majority.

We suggest that you should review the current Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other policies each time you visit the Website. In case you are not satisfied with the Website, its content or Terms and Conditions of Use and/or policies, you have the remedy to discontinue using the Urmin Store Website. By continuing to use the Website, after posting any change regarding terms and conditions or privacy policy and/or policies it shall be deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions and policies as modified.

Shipping Policy
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses/stores in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 2-10 Business days from receipt of order depending on the address for delivery.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.

Goods will need to be signed & acknowledged by the person placing the order for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods not & acknowledged signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery if the package has been already opened by you.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer care cell on the day of delivery through the ‘Contact us’ page on the website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are displayed at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before confirming the order.
